Description

HS diploma or GED required with a background in hospital business office or medical practice front office required. Knowledge of medical terminology preferred. Hospital insurance & collection exp. strongly preferred. Must be proficient with computer keyboard and data entry. Excellent customer service and communication skills required.

The PFS Collector position will require telephone skills, contacting patients regarding balances due for upcoming procedures, and strong insurance background. Strong credit and collection experience needed.
